Up to $5,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Physical Therapist / PT

Days Job Type: Full Time Hours: 0800-1700

40 hours per week. Weekend rotation typically every 4-5 weekends. No holiday rotation.

Call-Off Policy: Notify at least 2 hours before shift start.

On Bonus: $1,000
$5,000 paid after first pay period, plus $2,000 paid after completion of years 1
3 of employment. Certifications Required: BLS, valid Kansas PT license.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Charting System: Meditech. Unit Overview: Outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing unit coverage.

Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500 (receipts required). Pay Rate note: $37.86/hr base, increases based on experience.
