Physical Therapist

(List Format): -

• 10-12 patients scheduled per day; typically 8-11 seen
• 1-3 patient evaluations daily; remainder are follow-up appointments
• Appointment durations: 30 or 45 minutes
• Work hours:
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Primary

• Provide outpatient care with emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation
• Work with geriatric and neurological patient populations
• Opportunity for a blended role including outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Consideration given to candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience
