We are looking for a dedicated Pain Physical Therapist in Manhattan, NY with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records. Duties including but not limited to:Conduct physical therapy assessments and evaluationsDevelop and implement therapeutic treatment plans for patients with diagnoses including, but not limited to: chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, neurologic conditions, cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, geriatric conditions, and wound care/lymphedema.
Perform evaluations including, but not limited to: formal musculoskeletal evaluation, Physical Therapy evaluation, General Therapy Screenings, prosthetic and adaptive equipment evaluation and assessment, aquatic therapy, wheelchair seating, pelvic health and positioning, and home evaluations. Ability to perform on-site and telehealth-based physical therapy services. Job
