Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Rural Health / Inpatient Rehab Viroqua, Wisconsin We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Viroqua, Wisconsin . This opportunity offers a mix of rural health clinic and inpatient rehabilitation and is a great fit for a PT who enjoys treating a varied patient population in a close-knit community setting. The therapist will perform skilled evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide rehabilitation services focused on improving mobility, function, strength, and independence.
Position Highlights Rural Health Clinic + Inpatient Setting 13-Week Travel Contract Physical Therapist Diverse Rehabilitation Caseload Collaborative Healthcare Team Viroqua, Wisconsin Start Date: 11/9/26 End Date: 2/8/27 Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals. Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, mobility interventions, and functional rehabilitation.
Treat patients across both clinic and inpatient settings. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and caregivers on safety, mobility, and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Requirements Wisconsin PT license required.
BLS required. Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or rural healthcare settings preferred. Strong communication and independent clinical decision-making skills preferred.
