In a 6 week schedule must work 3 weekends· Floating policy: Will float to Peds and NICU· Patient Experience

PALs Procedures performed on unit: : IV starts, Caths, holding for LP’s, central line dressing changes, hemodynamic monitoring, trach care, tube feeding and placement, ICP monitoring, ventilator management.
