- General job duties. Types of procedures required: Primary Nursing care, Telemetry monitoring, Telemetry strip reading, Fingerstick blood sugar.
- Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Meditech charting, Pyxis for medications, BIPAP, Continuous cardiac monitoring
- Required skills and minimum years of
At least 1 year hospital acute care within the last year. Progressive Care and telemetry experience preferred.
- Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: ACLS preferred, current PALS preferred, NIHSS certification preferred
- Floating to other units/departments: Yes, will float to all acute units in house. Medical, Surgical/Peds, ICU and ER possible
- Dress Code: Scrubs
