Provide nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. Assess patients' conditions and monitor their progress. Administer medications and implement treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient safety. Float to similar units as needed, within the nurse's competencies.
