High School Required and Certificate allied health education and accredited radiography school or hospital based program. Required ARRT (RT) (R) BLS NY State DOH Licensure Upon Hire Required or NY State DOH Limited Permit Upon Hire Required and DOH IV Certification within 180 Days Required and Radiation dose pledge for both Image Gently and Image Wisely through the American College of Radiology (ACR) will be performed during the orientation
