Valid RN license in New York, Drivers license, AHA BLS CPR certification, NYS Mandated Reporter Training Schedule and anticipate length of assignment: 40 hours a week per position. Days variable, weekend work required. Primarily evening shift, but other shifts may be needed.

Initial term 6 months, up to 2 years.
