2 plus yrs current Psych experience. Meditech EMR. Must have KY license, AHA BLS & CPI (or AVADE); Only CPI Blue Card is accepted & must be included in submittal packets.
We will need to know, at the time of submittal, if the resource will be taking the AVADE course onsite. Float required within scope of practice. Every other weekend required.
Blocked schedule cannot be accommodated. Flu vaccine required- declinations not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case by case basis.
Disclosure: Schedule is 36/48 for the two week pay period. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed.
RN must reside at least 75 miles from facility to be considered; locals not accepted. Assignment confirmation needs to be signed within 24 hrs of an offer. Do not submit candidate to more than one job at a time.
Must submit with ARH coversheet and copy of current valid drivers license
