BLS Certification Unit Notes: sent to manager for interview need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued ID - no middle initial or middle name Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.
Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. Must have prior recent CA Dignity experience or they will not considered Unit Case Management/Care Coordination # patients seen/consults per day 15-20 Certs: BLS EMR: Interqual Weekend Requirement every other depending on staffing. Would be at least one full weekend per month Holidays not required, but will work if they are willing Scrub Color/Uniform business causal attire Hospitalist or Intensivist in house yes RT 24/7 yes Pharmacy 24/7 no Shifts depends on dept but hours are between 8-5pm Do they cover all areas of hospital?
Any outpatient? Any home care? All areas of the hospital, no OP and no Home Care Floor specific orientation: 5 days of care coordination new employee orientation, unit orientation timeframe depends case by case Common duties/ Required skills or knowledge: Dealing with all ers, uninsured, homeless.
