Census? Average patients/day? 5-15 cases per day
Minimum Years of Experience required? RN: 2 years with critical care/Cath lab experience Cardiac Cath Tech: 2 years of experience
Will you accept a first-time traveler? No Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
Impella, IVUS, OCT, IABP, RFR Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
RN: BLS, ACLS
Cardiac Cath Tech: BLS, ACLS; ARRT-R or equivalent OR RCIS is required Skills required:
RN: Dysrhythmias and moderate sedation. Perivascular cases. High acuity cases for STEMI (preferred) Also knowledge of vascular cases
Cardiac Cath Tech: scrub and document skills; also knowledge of vascular cases Support within the Department:
3 person call team. RN/RT/RCIS any combination Technology/Equipment:
EMR: EPIC
Department specific Equipment: Hemosystem Hemodynamic Monitoring (Change Healthcare) Floating: If yes, where?
