Unit is very flexible with time-off requests and scheduling. Management does above and beyond to accommodate 2. Phenomenal call program - 2
- 4 weeknight call shifts per schedule (4 weeks) and 1
- 2 weekends per schedule (4 weeks). What makes our call a little different compared to different organizations is that no call shift is ever longer than 12-hours. Weekend call is either Friday and Saturday night only OR Saturday and Sunday during the day only. Staff seem to really like that because it doesn’t take away your entire weekend when on call. 3. - Wide Notes: Flu vaccination required starting 10/31/25 through the end of Winter 2026 - No exemptions (both religious or medical) for any reason. If traveler is allergic, they require the allergy-free option. COVID vaccinations no longer required. Orientation rate: $45 for first week from 24H up to 36H at their discretion
