POSITION: CVOR RN SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING ==============================
Shift hours: 5x8s, 645a-315p, plus call (weekend and evening call)
Weekend Requirement: Weekend call rotation with staff
On call requirement: Call rotation with staff
RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included in the submission
Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-weeks
Holiday Requirement: Must work one holiday per 13-week contract.
Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
Locals Accepted? No locals accepted. Refer to Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria.
Pending License Accepted: Yes, only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. Otherwise, submission must include an active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS =======================
BLS
CNOR (preferred) REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS ========================
Experience with: AAA repair, CABG, Atrial Septal Defect Repair, Cardiomyoplasty, femoral cannulation, IABP, MAZE procedure, Mitral Valve replacement, Pericardial Window, LVAD/RVAD
Experience with: Lobe resection, Mediastinoscopy, Thoracotomy, Video - Assisted Thoracic Surgery
Teaching Hospital experience, Level II Trauma
Scrub Experience Required UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING ==========================
