Compassus is seeking experienced Home Health clinicians to support the transition to HCHB PointCare across Providence Oregon locations. Clinicians will complete three weeks of HCHB PointCare education before go-live, followed by three weeks of on-site implementation support. During go-live, clinicians will serve as preceptors and provide real-time guidance to current travelers and Compassus staff. Requirements
No RTO will be accepted for this short contract (this is M-F)
At least one year of Home Health experience
Tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting others
HCHB PointCare/mobile app experience preferred, but not required for RNs
HCHB PointCare experience required for LVNs
Oregon license pending is acceptable This is a great opportunity to gain experience with HCHB, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools. Contract Dates: October 12–November 20 Schedule
October 12–30: HCHB training o Tuesday–Thursday: In-person o Monday and Friday: Virtual
November 1–20: On-site go-live and preceptor support Clinicians should not expect to provide bedside care for the full six-week contract, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation.
