Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius (would be minimal due to needs on unit) On Call/Call Back
None Required certifications upon submittal: WI RN License, AHA BLS & NIHSS Minimum Experience Required: 1-2+ years experience
BSN strongly preferred, not required
et: Stepdown experience strongly preferred; Must be comfortable with some patients being on drips; Critical access experience strong preferred Charting
EPIC within the last year Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidatesScrub Colors: BlackUnit Information: More of a stepdown/med/surg with higher acuity than true ICU due to rural nature of this hospital. 20 bed with an average daily census of 12-18. Patient Ratios: 1:5 (normal); Can go as high as 1:7 on busier daysScrubs: Black Billing: Sunday - Saturday 8hr unbillable orientation GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
