Postpartum: Prenatal vitamin, Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, Percocet, Toradol - Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: Yes - RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot?: Neonatal vent- CPAP, Bipap, high flow - EFM System OB Trace Vue - Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling?

Floating to MSP/ED for helping hands, mostly sitting 1:1 with patients - Scrubs: Provided - How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 3- 12 hour shifts - Additional Notes: This is a rural hospital, distance from NICU >1 hour away, limited services. Attributes that help a nurse be successful in this unit team work, provider consistency, knowledge, independence, good communication. Surgery is in charge of the C section, we just circulate for the baby.
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
