Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and basic fetal heart monitoring certifications are required. Recommended skills include proficiency in high-risk obstetric care, medication administration, rapid response to emergencies, and strong communication. Experience with patient education, postpartum hemorrhage protocols, and EMR systems is valued.
