- Must Have Skills/Experience: current Registered Nurse license in Maine or of a compact state. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: BLS, ACLS Minimum of 1 year's acute care nursing experience preferred. Strong critical thinking and clinical judgement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively. Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and evidence-based practice. Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Experience in caring for patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses. Knowledge of medications and IV therapy. Ability to recognize changes in patient conditions. Proficiency with electronic medical records.
