This is an Earning Power Contract! Please email submissions to Whitney Montague and Greg Apt EP Scheduling Requirement: Clinicians are responsible for signing up for shifts on their own (through the Shifts app) for the duration of their contract. The clinician must provide 5 days of availability and work a total of 3x12 shifts each week. In the event their shifts are cancelled, clinician must attempt to continue to pick up shifts to meet their contracted number of shifts. In the event that shifts are cancelled or no shifts are available, and clinician has met the above scheduling requirements, clinicians will be guaranteed 36 hours at their contracted rate. Guarantee does not apply to the first week, last week or any week containing RTO. Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of PCU experience in similar hospital setting
Skills Required - Post Cardiac Procedure, Drips
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA) - Preferred
Active WA RN License
Required Work Settings - Cardiac Tele, Tele, PCU/Stepdown
Comfortable floating based on facility needs
Epic experience
Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked. Must be from a supervisor. Charge RNs okay so long as they directly supervised Orientation Details
Patient Care Orientation: Bi-Weekly at Saint Peter's, Tuesday 0915 to 1630
2 Unit Orientations at Saint Peter's based on clinician availability
Modules: 2 Hours Shift Details
3x12 - Days, 0700 to 1930 Additional Details
Providence Separation Period: 3 Months
Ratios 1:4-5
Scrubs: No specific color, but please ensure that scrubs are in good taste, with no holes or excessive wrinkles
