Days, 12hr Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a contract position in the Operating Room (OR) at a leading healthcare facility in Pittsfield, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team and provide high-quality patient care. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, treating, and caring for patients with respiratory disorders.
Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the best possible care during their time in the facility. Key
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures. Monitor and assess patient progress and response to therapy. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options.
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification. Experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Please note that CRTs will not be considered for this assignment. Additionally, travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be eligible.
Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload, with a maximum of 5 days accepted. Travelers must be available to work during key holiday periods, including Thanksgiving and Christmas. Orientation will include 8 hours of non-billable time, and holiday multipliers apply.
