Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. • Number of Beds - 368
• Number of Staff - 6 to 7 staff per shift
• Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 supervisor, 5 or 6 RTs o Night Shift - 1 supervisor, 5 or 6 RTs
• Patient Ratios - 35-45 UOS
• Type of equipment - Servo, Hamilton, Airvo
• EMR - Meditech
• Permanent Positions on Unit? (Y/N) - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• RRT or CRT
• TX RCP
• At least one year of Adult experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• NICU experience
