BLS & ACLS preferred (copies required prior to start certifications in hand preferred) RTO: Max 10 days (facility flexible depending on staffing confirm with AM) Holiday Availability: Must work 2 of 3 holidays Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend REQUIRED (non-negotiable) Block Booking: Possible depending on staffing levels Start Date: 23 weeks preferred (aligns with compliance timeline) Interview Process: 15-minute phone screen manager conducts direct call and text
