Day 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00) Start Date: 10/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks As a Case Manager Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting inpatient discharge planning, care coordination, care progression, post-acute transitions, patient choice compliance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. 2 years as an RN and 1 year as a Case Manager Recommended
Recent case/resource management experience Required Certification: BLS Preferred Experience/Certification: InterQual or MCG experience; CCM or ACM (Certified or Accredited Case Manager) certification through the Case Management Association (CMA) or American Case Management Association (ACMA) First-timers are welcome to apply. Clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs and may be required to float to sister facilities if necessary.
