(List Format) – School-Based Occupational Therapist (Bloomingdale, IL)
- Provide occupational therapy services to children in a school-based setting
- Assess and treat children with occupational therapy needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on evaluations and treatment plans
- Utilize EMR or IEP online documentation systems for record-keeping and reporting
- Engage in ongoing communication with students, families, and staff
- Support student participation and performance in educational activities
