Ready to make a meaningful impact during the 2026–2027 school year? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Redmond, WA, to help students build independence, participate fully in the classroom, and achieve academic success. Position Overview Provide onsite occupational therapy services across elementary campuses in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and program guidelines.

Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions addressing functional, sensory, and motor needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate documentation and participating in required meetings. Participate in required professional development and training to maintain compliance with district and program requirements.

Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Active Washington Occupational Therapist License Active Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification Previous school-based experience preferred
