Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility Kuttawa, Kentucky We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Kuttawa, Kentucky . Position Highlights Skilled Nursing Facility / Post-Acute Rehab Immediate Start Opportunity Physical Therapist Contract Adult & Geriatric Patient Population Collaborative Rehab Team Kuttawa, Kentucky Strong Rate Opportunity Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders. Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients.
Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions. Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and home exercise programs. Collaborate with nursing staff, OT, SLP, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
