  • The system will auto approve 14 days or less of RTO
  • Every other winter and summer holiday are required and no RTO is approved

  • This is an Emergency Department Social Worker position at LBH – Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland
  • The position supports Case Management, Emergency Room and Pediatric Emergency Room services
  • The department has an average daily census of approximately 420 patients Any additional experience requirements?
  • Short-term acute care inpatient Medical Social Worker experience is required
  • Responsibilities include initial evaluations, assessing response to treatment, developing plans of care, identifying patient/caregiver needs and coordinating discharge resources
  • Experience with collaborative care, coordinating home care and equipment, multidisciplinary teams, care conferences and referrals to additional disciplines or rehabilitation/LTC facilities is required
  • Advance directive experience is required What is the Charting System? Cerner and AllScripts... What is the scrub color? Business casual, or any color scrubs...
