Number of Beds -14 LDRPs and 2 ORs
Number of Staff - 60
Type of staff:
Day Shift - ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 1 charge RN, 2-3 LD RNs and 2-3 PP RNs
Night Shift - same as day shift
Patient Ratios - 1:1 to 1:2 max for LD and 3:1 for PP per AWHONN guidelines
Type of equipment - Beacon
EMR -CPN and Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 6 months current CST L&D experience
BLS
NBSTA and DORA Certifications must be active Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
LDRP experience
Postpartum experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Versions, C/Sections, vaginal assisted deliveries
