11 patients/day with new pt. evaluations factoring into lower range Required License National Certification Certs: Montana State OT license BLS Will take Bachelors of OT or higher Skills required: Focused on patient care teamwork efficient/productive tolerance to unkind patient behavior computer efficiency Support within the Department: Therapy Supervisor PT/ST/Rehab Aid Staff Technology/Equipment: EMR: Meditech PCC Therapute Floating: If yes where Could float to acute care in the hospital (connected to Brendan House) Orientation (facility and unit): NEO Will be on the floor treating day 1 with other staff but will be taught as they go along. Will progress case load as candidate becomes comfortable Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Typically 1 weekend day per week but manager is open to discussion and will discuss more during interview.
