Hours: 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday day shift Occasional weekend/holiday coverage Must be willing to float to acute-care rehab during PTO or call-outs. Must have OTR/L Active Montana OT License 3 years orthopedic OT experience 2 years acute care OT experience Skill Highlights Evidence-based orthopedic intervention Acute-care competencies: ADL retraining, discharge planning, interdisciplinary collaboration Strong documentation in Cerner (or similar EHR) Team-oriented, flexible, and comfortable covering a small rural hospital setting"
