HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Your Role: Provides direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations. Provides routine administrative and operational support to all other administrators of the department.
Liaises between customer/accounts, contacts, vendors, and resources. Demonstrates an understanding of diversity. Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values).

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree Required
Three (3) years of job-related experience Preferred
Five (5) or more years of relevant job-related experience in healthcare settings. Computer hardware and software knowledge. Good knowledge of grammar and punctuation.
Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Expertise in Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Communicates effectively (verbally and in writing). Keyboards 50 correct words per minute. Well organized.
