- 65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years); maintains documentation on patient treatments. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings. Addresses educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions; performs other related duties as needed.
