- Department: Middlesex Health Primary Care (MHPC) Office in Westbrook, Connecticut is seeking an acute care APP.
- Hours: 40 hours per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only
- Role: 100% office-based outpatient acute care - all ages
- Call
- Established call group of physicians and APPs - Averages 3 weeks per year
- EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
- Collegial environment with access to expert medical specialists, excellent support staff, including Nursing, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Specialists
Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible APP for an established, multi-provider primary care practice in Westbrook, CT. The incoming APP will step into a well-established panel of patients and partner with providers with deep roots in the Middlesex area. Certification of satisfactory completion of an approved physician's assistant or nurse practitioner program. Connecticut Licensure as a physician's assistant or nurse practitioner. Compliance with all Middlesex Health Medical staff bylaws for maintenance of Middlesex Health privileges.
