Licensure
Licensed by NYS Office of the Professions in a health care profession (i.e., JD, RN, MD, OT, PT, Speech, Radiology, Pharmacy) preferred
Education
✓Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Health Care Administration, Public Health or a related discipline
✓Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in disciplines, as listed in 1 above
✓Bachelor’s degree required
master’s in business administration (MBA), public health (MPH), or in healthcare administration (MHA), JD, RN, MD is preferred.
Qualifications
✓and four (4) years of experience at a responsible management and administrative level
✓and five (5) years of experience as described in 1 above.
