Responsible for conducting prototypes, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tablesHas a thorough understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functionsResponsible for the identification of and resolution of gaps in the business processes.
Involved in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliationMay be involved in the installation and tuning of modification, as well as archiving data. This position has light programming skills in the appropriate language to develop necessary workaroundsPosition Details:Preference to live in the Metropolitan St. Louis area with the ability to come onsite as desired to our MTS office in Sunset Hills, MO.
Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experienceExperience: Twelve (12) years of relevant technical or business work experiencePreferred
- UKG Integration Developer/Lead (Boomi) Designing, and implementing integrations between UKG's suite of products (such at UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions) and other systems within an organization, such as HRIS, payroll, timekeeping and benefit systemsSkills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Deep understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the relevant business expertise in requirements management, diagramming, use case development
- Expertise in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies expertise in the design and production of quality deliverables
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Excellent vendor relationship skills Highly skilled in Project Management
- Ability to manage most-complex projects
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skilled in conflict management and effectively managing the most complex relationships with and among business partners, vendors, professional peers, and other team members
