Works under the direction and guidance of a formal project management structure supporting the management of medium to large-scale hospital-based or enterprise-type projects utilizing standardized project management tools, templates and methodologies for successful outcomes.
- Assists with project planning activities which may include project charter development and implementation plan building to ensure alignment with appropriate project management life cycle activities.
- Supports the design of project timelines and roadmaps as a tool to communicate with various stakeholders.
- Monitors progress against timeline and supports the preparation of monthly status reports to leadership.
- Assists with the coordination and facilitation of assigned project meetings.
- Partners with the project management office (PMO) or team to support programs and projects of medium to large scale and complexity.
- Supports the ongoing program evaluation which may include the PMO toolbox to ensure best practices. Required Work
Required: Minimum of two (2) years' experience in program or project management, business administration, management consulting or related field. Preferred: Experience working with project management software systems (Microsoft Projects, SmartSheet, Miro, Service Now). Other Information: Additional Education Info: High School Diploma and six (6) years of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
