Qualifications
✓5+ years of progressive professional experience in behavioral health, mental health, integrated behavioral health, or a related clinical behavioral health setting
✓2+ years of experience supporting behavioral health programs, behavioral health quality improvement initiatives, and/or behavioral health provider practices
✓General knowledge of business, health care and health care coverage issues
✓Proven excellent written communications skills and presentation skills
✓Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and functions at all levels of the organization and external customers
✓Resident of Colorado
✓All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy
Experience with quality improvement processes preferred
Experience with Health Information Technology preferred
Clinical office experience preferred
