About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) manages and coordinates the nursing care activities during the client's hospitalization in accordance with organization policies and procedures. This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning and establishing outcomes, implementation, and evaluation. Based on this process, the RN directs and is responsible for other personnel involved in client care.
