Qualifications
✓New graduates and experienced radiologists are encouraged to apply.
✓Candidates should be competent in all imaging modalities, including basic fluoroscopy (typically performed by an APP/resident).
✓Knowledge of and ability to apply professional medical principles, procedures and techniques.
✓Thorough knowledge of pharmacological agents used in patient treatment.
✓Able to effectively manage and direct medical staff support activities while providing quality medical care.
✓Able to receive detailed information through oral communications; express or exchange ideas by verbal communications.
✓Excellent written and verbal communications, listening, and social skills.
✓Able to interact effectively with people of varied educational, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, skill levels and value systems.
✓Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
✓Computer skills required.
fellowship training in abdominal imaging, body imaging, and/or cardiothoracic imaging preferred with experience in general emergency radiology
The ideal candidate will be fellowship trained and competent in interpretating general ED studies in a call environment, including radiography, CT, US, and MRI modalities. preferred
Prior record of academic or educational scholarship is preferred.
Experience in teaching students and/or trainees is preferred.

What you’ll do
Review and interpreted medicalReview and interpreted medical images to determine patient status and future medical care (20%)
Determine exact images requiredDetermine exact images required for diagnosis and delivering orders to Radiological Technicians (20%)
Administer trace amounts ofAdminister trace amounts of radioactive substances to create and enhance diagnostic images (10%)
Perform minimally invasive surgicalPerform minimally invasive surgical techniques such as embolization, angioplasty and ablation with image guidance (10%)
Work with Primary CareWork with Primary Care Doctors, Nurses and Radiology Technicians to administer treatment and manage pain (10%)
