Responsible for handling same-day appointment and walk-in requests received through the call center. Triage Specialist will have to conduct over-the-phone triage by gathering detailed information about patient's symptoms, concerns, and reasons for seeking immediate care. Based on the clinical need, they pre-screen patients and coordinate directly with ambulatory clinics and clinic managers to secure timely same-day appointments.
