• 130 calls per day.Responds to calls politely, professionally, and efficiently.Maintains a calm demeanor while handling stressful interactions, and troubleshoots problems and concerns.Accesses a variety of resources for accurate, complete, and appropriate management of calls.Assists callers and patients with needs such as selecting providers, scheduling appointments, and preparing patients for their first appointment.Schedules new and established patient appointments and assists patients with patient portal access.Communicates prescription refill requests and other messages to clinic staff.
