- 12pm - sign up basis; 1 major and 1 minor holiday 8:00am

- Room patients and prepare them for provider visits by collecting and documenting vital signs and relevant health information.Manage patient flow to support efficient clinic operations and timely appointments.Monitor and respond to electronic in-basket messages, routing information and addressing patient inquiries as appropriate.Coordinate and maintain provider schedules, including appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and calendar management.Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. What We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required.Candidates will provide proof of current certification from one of the approved certifying registries including:
- CMA with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- CCMA with the National Health Career Association (NHA)
- RMA with the American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- American Registry of Medical Assistants (NHCWA)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP)
- American Allied Health (AAH) RMA with the American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA). If a candidate is not currently certified, they must obtain certification or registration by the end of the sixth month of their hire and sign an education agreement.
Previous work in a medical office, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire as CMA, RMA or CCMA, required. Current State Drivers License (Palliative Care Only), required.
