Worth, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104· The Women’s Center at Texas Health Ft. Worth, a MAGNET, and Texas 10-Step facility, has been named “Best Place to Have a Baby” and Maternal Level IV designated facility Work hours: PRN, On an as needed basis, 6:45PM-7:15AM with weekend and holiday coverage Maternal/Newborn, Couplet Care Department highlights:· Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth· Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team· 27-bed Maternal/Newborn unit· Average between 275 to 300 deliveries per month· Utilize the following

Breastfeeding education/resources, responsible for both mom and baby (Couplet Care)Here’s What You Need· Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program OR Nursing Diploma· Bachelor’s degree Nursing (BSN) preferred· One-year experience as a registered nurse (RN) in an acute care setting required.· 2-years’ experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting preferred· 2-years current Maternal/Newborn RN experience strongly preferred· BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required· NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program preferred· Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
