Education

Qualifications
✓Minimum qualifications are intended to reflect the level of education, multi-site healthcare leadership experience, technical expertise, executive capability, and healthcare business knowledge required to successfully perform the role.
✓A minimum of five to seven years of senior healthcare executive leadership experience is required, including accountability demonstrated for multi-site hospital or market-level operations. Prior Chief Executive Officer experience in a comparable acute care hospital environment is strongly preferred.
✓Demonstrated success leading complex healthcare operations across multiple facilities, including financial performance, quality outcomes, patient experience, physician engagement, employee engagement, service line growth, and strategic execution.
✓Proven ability to lead through influence across a matrixed environment, align multiple leadership teams around shared market priorities, and drive consistent performance expectations across diverse facilities and communities.
