You’ll need
Licensure
✓Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
Certifications
✓BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.
✓Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred upon hire and required within three years of employment.
Education
MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA strongly preferred.
Qualifications
✓Additional requirements include:
✓Must have at least 5 years experience in Nursing with at least 3 years as a Director/Manager.
Prior acute healthcare risk management experience is preferred and can substitute for the leadership experience.
Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred. Previous Director level experience preferred.
