Clinic Administrator I

What We OfferNovant Health is seeking a Clinical Administrator to lead the operations and strategic growth of a unique aesthetic practice. This is not a traditional medical office management role. We are seeking an experienced, business-minded leader with a strong understanding of aesthetics, customer experience, sales, marketing, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an aesthetic practice, med spa, cosmetic/wellness, luxury service, or similar customer-focused environment and understand what drives patient loyalty, revenue, and practice growth. Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations and strategic growth of the aesthetic practice. Develop strategies to increase patient acquisition, retention, sales, and revenue. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, expenses, payroll, and purchasing.

Develop and support marketing, promotions, community outreach, and growth initiatives. Monitor business and operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.

Partner with providers and leadership to implement strategic initiatives and process improvements. Ensure compliance with Novant Health policies, regulatory standards, safety, and infection prevention practices. What We're Looking ForQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of 4 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Experience in an aesthetic practice, med spa, cosmetic/wellness, luxury service, or similar environment strongly preferred. Experience with sales, marketing, financial management, and revenue growth preffered.

Additional SkillsStrong understanding of aesthetics and current industry trends. Demonstrated ability to drive sales, revenue, patient retention, and business growth. Strong financial and business acumen.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills. Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategic solutions.
