You’ll need
Licensure
✓Attend trainings and case presentations, and complete professional development activities necessary to maintain valid licensure/certification.
✓RI licensure required: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCDP
Education
✓Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree Preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral health diagnoses in a community support setting.
✓Experience in program management related to assertive community treatment or similar teams.
✓Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
✓Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics of individuals with mental health issues, their families, and family systems.
✓Ability to provide leadership as well as clinical and administrative supervision.
✓Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including ability to use Microsoft Excel, with capability in interpreting reports.
✓Experience with various treatment modalities, including evidence-based therapies and standardized tools such as PHQ-9, C-SSRS, etc.
✓Skilled in crisis assessment, risk management, and de-escalation.
✓Ability to maintain professionalism and calm demeanor during emergencies.
✓Knowledge of community resources.
✓Proficiency in documentation and electronic record-keeping systems, including ability to document in electronic medical records.
✓Capable of working collaboratively with community partners and in a team environment.
✓Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
✓Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
✓Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, representatives from outside agencies and the public.
✓Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals and community partners.
✓Cultural competence and commitment to providing equitable and inclusive services.
✓Highly motivated, independent, and self-directed.
