Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in pharmacy.
Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practiceExperience: At least 1 year of relevant pharmacy experience Preferred

ACPE accredited immunization training with active CPR/BLS certification. Certain locations may require these certifications based on operational needs or regulatory requirements. Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must have a Medication Therapy Service Certificate as issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of start date.
