✓Licensed Pharmacist by Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) Upon Hire
Certifications
✓(BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification with a course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) Upon Hire
Education
✓Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent from an American College of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited school of pharmacy required.
✓(PHARMD) DOCTOR OF PHARMACY Upon Hire
Completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency from an ASHP-accredited residency program preferred.
